HOW WE DELIVER · RAPID RESULTS

Business Central delivery done Differently

Rapid Results is our fixed-price approach to delivering a complete Business Central solution. It combines proven templates, focused scope and hands-on delivery to help your organisation move from planning to a system your team can use every day.

01Why Rapid Results works

A better way to deliver Business Central

A successful Business Central implementation needs more than technical expertise. It needs a delivery approach that keeps scope focused, involves the right people early and turns the system into something your team can use every day.

Rapid Results gives everyone a shared plan, clear responsibilities and regular opportunities to test the solution before go-live. This reduces avoidable rework, supports fixed-price delivery and helps your team move into Business Central prepared for the work ahead.

Four-stage build progression from foundation to a complete structure
Rapid Results

A predictable implementation from planning to everyday use.

Rapid Results breaks a Business Central implementation into four focused phases: Envision, Refine, Onboard and Launch. Each phase has a clear purpose, defined activities and practical outcomes, so you know what is happening, what your team needs to do and what comes next.

We use proven templates and focused scope to move quickly, while training users, testing real business processes and preparing your team for go-live. The result is a complete Business Central solution that is ready for day-to-day work, not simply a system that has been switched on.

Phase 01

Envision

We bring the right people together to agree the goals, first-phase scope, timeline and data approach. Then we build a functional proof of concept around your key processes, so your team can see and test Business Central early.

Key Activities

  • Confirm the project team, roles and ways of working
  • Build a functional proof of concept around key business processes
  • Involve key users early to test, review and provide feedback
  • Review data sources and plan the migration approach
  • Identify key risks, dependencies and decisions before build begins

What you'll get

A shared plan, a working proof of concept based on your key processes and data, and a defined scope for the next phase of delivery.

Phase 02

Refine

We configure Business Central around your core finance and operational processes, using standard functionality wherever it meets the need. Your key users review and test the solution throughout the phase, so feedback is addressed before go-live.

Key Activities

  • Configure Business Central and review key processes with key users
  • Prepare migration templates and test trial data loads
  • Build agreed reports, extensions and automations
  • Document configuration, key decisions and agreed processes
  • Confirm what is needed for training, testing and go-live readiness

What you'll get

A configured and tested Business Central solution, trial migration results, agreed reports and automations, and a practical plan for training, user testing and go-live.

Phase 03

Onboard

We prepare your people and solution for Go-Live through role-based training, user acceptance testing and final data checks. Together, we confirm the cutover plan, support arrangements and what needs to be in place before the move to Business Central.

Key Activities

  • Deliver role-based training for users and administrators
  • Provide process guides and practical reference material
  • Complete final data preparation and validation checks
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and resolve priority issues
  • Complete go-live readiness checks and agree the go-live decision

What you'll get

A trained team, tested processes, validated data and an agreed cutover plan. Everyone knows what needs to happen, who is responsible and where to get support as you move to Business Central.

Phase 04

Launch

We manage go-live with your team and provide focused support as Business Central becomes part of everyday work. Because users have been involved throughout the project, they start with practical knowledge of the system while we resolve issues and help stabilise operations.

Key Activities

  • Manage the go-live cutover
  • Provide hypercare and resolve priority issues
  • Monitor system use, performance and adoption
  • Provide targeted guidance and track, prioritise and resolve support requests
  • Confirm the transition from hypercare to ongoing support
  • Complete project handover and close the implementation phase

What you'll get

A live and stable Business Central solution, users who can carry out their day-to-day work, issues addressed promptly and a planned handover to ongoing support.
